I want to thank you for inviting me to the 94 selects camp. I really enjoyed getting back on the ice after a small summer break. I also liked getting to talk with the coach from Vermont and the two from Canada. It informed me about possible decisions I may need to make in the future.
I also enjoyed playing for ECS-Q this spring. I look forward to playing with ECS next year.

Thank you to the East Coast Selects for giving me exposure to various college coaches at the Selects camp. I also want to thank Joe Templin and my other Selects' coaches for teaching me that the most important thing is that hockey stays fun. After meeting coach Micheletto at Selects' Elite camp last June, I knew it was a school that I wanted to visit. Once I visited the campus and spent time with the coaching staff I felt so comfortable and I knew that UVM is where I wanted to go to school!

Attending the 2008 Selects Goalie Camp was one of the best decisions I have made. Not only was the instruction top notch, the camaraderie and friendships I made will last a lifetime. The Selects Hockey Goalie camp coached by Jim Bedard is a great instructional camp. At the camp I had a lot of fun, while at the same time I learned many new and helpful skills. On the ice there were many good shooters, as well as a lot of one on one instruction. They made sure everyone was taken care of and understood all the drills. Everyone on the ice was very involved and taught us very well. Off the ice we were fed well with good food, and the dorms were a good place to stay. The East Coast Selects goalie camp is a great experience that should be experienced by all goalies, especially if you are looking to take your game to the next level.

I just wanted to say thank you on behalf myself, Sherry and Anthony Jr. As a parent, you want nothing more than to see your kids smile from ear to ear and you and your team have put a smile on that kids face that I hope never comes off. Sherry said he told stories all the way home. Later we all went out for dinner and he still had stories to share until the time he went to bed. You managed to teach the kids some great hockey fundamentals and sure made it a lot of fun and I am sure many of these boys will be friends for many years to come. The camp has left him very motivated to improve hockey skills and his personal body strength. As a matter a fact, I have to register him at the fitness club I belong to today........you guys are killing me!
Anthony thought the world of Jim as well. He said that he was a "a real smart hockey guy"! I could tell you his words and the pair of gloves he gave Anthony sure meant a lot to him. He wants me to build or buy some sort of a box to keep his gloves in. I don't have Jim's email....or I would send him a note of thanks. If you have it and want to pass it on to me, I will do so. If not, please pass on some kind words to him.
The week was filled with lots of knowledge and most of all, positive memories for him. Hats off to YOU and Your Team Joe.....well done and thanks again!

Just returned from the Goalie camp. Wanted to specifically express appreciation to Jim Bedard for his hard work and dedication at the camp. My grandson has attended several goalie schools and improved from each. Jim\'s was different in that my grandson improved and had fum doing it. He has already expressed the desire to return next year. The Goalie coaches were very good but he was particularly impressed with Jim and really liked his mentoring.

I have been coaching the Howe Hockey Camps for 5 years now. It is a fun week for all, but also a crash course of all the factors that go into making you a better hockey player. You will learn about a proper food diet, aerobic /anaerobic training, weight training, video sessions, lectures and of course you will learn on the ice from former NHL players, NHL & AHL coaches, college and major junior coaches. You will have one on one meetings with the staff and you will receive instant feedback of what you need to do to help further your hockey career. These meetings are also a wonderful learning tool for the staff as we also learn about who you are, how serious you are about your hockey career and the type of character person you are. It is very rewarding to be able to enhance someone's hockey career and I look forward to the challenge.

Our son Ken could not stop talking about his experience playing for the Howe Stars team at the tournament and the quality of your hockey camp. Ken had a lot of good things to say about the Stars coach and we sent him and e-mail to tell him. He felt the camp was the best he has ever attended and learned some new techniques, felt he got a lot out of dry land training and got great feedback from "Avalanche" and "Mitch". Me and my wife were impressed with the entire experience. From the hotel, the lodging for the boys at the camp, to the great communications and a great group of boys it was all first class. Thanks again and Ken hopes he can do it all again next year.

The Clarkson hockey camp was a great learning experience for Jonathan as well. He said that all of the coaches/instructors were fantastic. However, he said that John Stevens taught him more in 5 days than some coaches taught him in an entire season.

My name is Drew Burke, My son Junior attended your '90 camp this summer I just wanted to take a moment to thank you very much. Your coaching had a tremendous impact on him, he is a much better hockey player for having attended your camp. His father and I saw immediate changes in his play and his current coach is pleased with the results. When talking to him over dinner last weekend I mentioned to him that his coach from Lasalle Academy watched him play lately and noticed big improvements in his game, He told me that your camp was a turning point for him and everything that he learned made a big difference the in way he plays. Thanks for the compliments. Ryan had an amazing time. He said the camp was the best one he had ever attended. He came back last night talking non-stop (lol). He has his little notebook full of everything he is going to work on the rest of the summer. It was also great for him to get to know the Biega brothers. I think it will help make his transition to school a little easier.
I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for Ryan. I hope you know how much we truly appreciate it. Your generosity has been wonderful. The knowledge and skill that you have given him are really making a huge difference in his life.

Thank you so much for have putting the time and effort into the Clarkson camp for the 1991 attendees. I can say that this was a great experience for Christian, and that he still is talking about the camp. This being his first camp to attend we did not know what to expect. Many people say that camps are all about making money, and that there is to much down time, not enough one on one attention etc. I can say that you and the staff did a GREAT JOB with structuring an itinerary that was out of this world. The entire week was devoted to having the guys not only work hard, but also grow as people as well. Christian said that the on ice training was great, and the dry-land was even better. He loved the spinner bikes, and now wants one here at home. ( Thanks Coach ). The class room information sessions were helpful in laying out the future as it relates to maybe pursuing the next level of hockey.
I can say that Christian's experience with you and the staff has left a very positive note with him, and that as he said " I think being away was fun and I should do this more often." He made a few new friends, and I am sure will remember this for a long time to come.
The staff receives a AAA from my family. Keep up the great work guys.

Just a note to extend my "thank you" for a wonderful camp experience for our son Chris. You truly ran a first class operation from the notebbooks and pens at registration to the firedrill rehearsals the first two evenings. (Who ever thinks of safety! You did!)And of course having names on the back of the jerseys was nice for the parents at the last game. Chris was provided plenty of feedback , he enjoyed the lectures and his individual evaluation provided him with excellent feedback.Oh and the food was excellent.
Thanks again for a great job running a youth camp. You are a first class organization.
